Insurance Coverage

Heart Bloom Therapy is not in-network with insurance companies. You will be provided a statement each month that you can use to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbusement. Please check with your insurance company to see if out-of-network benefits are included in your plan. 

Please call Heart Bloom Therapy to find out about our ratess. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards as forms of payment.

We are not in-network with Medicaid, and Medicaid does not allow subscribers to see out-of-network providers. If you have Medicaid, please contact your plan for in-network providers. 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
