The practice of Dr. Pamela Brody

Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR for Anxiety, Panic Attacks, PTSD, Trauma, Insomnia, Depression and more.

Providing expert in-person and teletherapy in Denver, Colorado and across the USA.

Are you feeling like you’ve lost your sense of self in a sea of worry and anxiety? Does your inner critic have a louder voice than you do? As an experienced psychologist, my aim is to help you to uncover your innate self and cultivate skills to help you heal from life’s challenges. At its core, my therapy approach revolves around the symbolism of a lotus flower that emerges in pristine condition from the murkiest of waters.

By being here, you've already taken the courageous step of seeking professional help for an issue you are experiencing. I'm a specialist in treating anxiety, depression, and insomnia with the most up-to-date treatments.

I have extensive experience practicing and teaching Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other psychotherapy approaches. I'm passionately committed to helping my clients and I tailor sessions to each person's individual needs. I create a supportive, safe, and nurturing enviroment where clients can share their ideas, fears, concerns, and hopes as they embark on a journey of self-discovery, ultimately blossoming into their fullest potential.

"And the day came when the risk it took to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom."
